New Front Deck Construction

This project involved the complete demolition and replacement of an aging front deck that had reached the end of its service life. The existing structure was carefully removed, and a new pressure-treated wood deck was built from the ground up with upgraded framing, new footings, modern railings, and a secure entry gate.

The project included structural improvements, installation of new decking boards, custom stairs, and durable black aluminum balusters to provide a clean, modern appearance while enhancing safety and functionality. Special attention was given to proper support, drainage, and long-term durability to ensure the new deck will withstand the elements for years to come.
