New Construction: First Floor & Basement Addition Project

This project involved lifting an existing home to create a completely new lower level while preserving the original structure above. The house was carefully elevated using engineered steel beams and temporary support systems, allowing for the construction of a new foundation and expanded living space beneath the existing residence.
